Estée Lauder Double Wear my shade is Fresco and it is the one of best medium to full coverage foundation I was introduced to this foundation by a friend who was giving away her Estée Lauder makeup and I was in love with how it looked on my face but as you girls know or if you haven't been informed about 3 years ago they reformulated the foundation making it less coverage, when I repurchased the product about 2 years ago I did notice the difference compared to my friend's one :(
I like to set my foundation with the Mac Cosmetics Studio Fix powder even though I've got dry skin I like that matte look, sometimes I like to use a kabuki brush to swirl the powder all over my face or use a face pads the ones that already come in the powders to dab it all over then blending with it as well.
You can't see it in the photo as it's been cut off but I was using the Makeup Forever Aqua Brow Gel in Dark Brown, this was bought at IMATS Sydney 2014 at the Media Makeup booth. I use it to outline the shape of my eyebrows then colouring it in with the rest of the product, I set the eyebrow with the Sigma Beauty brow wax so that there's no hair sticking out then I go in with Sigma's brow powder duo in Dark to fill in any gaps.
I like to use the Urban Decay Primer Potion which was originally bought at Sepohra US when I was there 5 years ago. Of course I had to use my favourite palette Too Faced original chocolate bar and can you believe I purchased this item last Sept and I'm already hitting pan, which goes to show I highly love it to death! My mains are Salted Caramel and Semi-sweet eyeshadows as you can see by the photo, I use Salted Caramel on my crease blending it out so there's no visible sharp lines after, I go in with Semi-sweet under my crease then I go back with Salted Caramel to blend Semi-sweet out.
I use my all time favourite liquid eyeliner in 100% Black by Rimmel London to draw my upper lid flicking a wing in the outer corner of my eyes, then I use the Prestige black pencil liner to dip into the Maybelline Eye Studio Gel liner to intensify the waterline by doing this will also make the eyeliner last longer.
Now I go in with an angled brow brush what's left from the Sigma's brow powder to contour the bridge of my nose blending it out with my ring finger, then I use the Nars Laguna bronzer to contour my cheekbones, temples and my forehead.
Leaving my lips last to see the end results as to how my entire makeup looks like, I used the Mac Cosmetic's lip pencil in Magenta to outline my lips then I fill in the rest with Mac's matte lipstick in Flat Out Fabolous.
I feel your pain! I use to work 6 days a week for almost 7 years straight but now my boss gives me a rotating RDO alternating Fridays & every other saturday! DF xo
