YSL Fusion Ink Foundation

The design of this bottle is immaculate, it has a frosted glass bottle (not including the lid) with the colour of the foundation displayed and it reminds me of their Rouge Pur Coutour Glossy Stains. The lid is plastic with the logo on it, as you open the lid it has a black cap with the logo also, then you twist the cap and the applicator is a tear drop shape. The bottle consist of 25ml whereas standard foundations has 30ml.

Application:
I shake the bottle very well then I use the applicator to let the foundation drip on the back of my hand, using my ring finger I dab the foundation all over my face then blending it out.

Final thoughts:
When I opened the bottle it did have a strong alcohol smell as stated by Jodie from Goo Roo Beauty on YouTube but when applied to my face it didn't smell like alcohol but it did smell like all YSL products, which is nicely fragranced and I quite enjoyed it. Now the fragrance does not last the entire day so don't worry, when I applied it to my face it blended nicely and left my face looking airbrushed. It felt lightweight on my skin and it had a medium coverage which can be build able, I wore it to work from 8:00am - 2:00pm when I got home to check my face I was happy it didn't make me oily during the day.

Overall it is a kind of foundation that you could wear everyday, I bought it in the wrong shade and I was suppose to get it in B50 Honey like Judy from ItsJudyTime on YouTube. Instead I got BD50 Golden Beige, I was an idiot at the time and didn't realise it is a little dark for me but it is fine I can use it when I self tan. My skin is dry to combination skin this foundation does cling onto your dry patches when applied to the face it is liquid to powder finish, I would recommend this product to the oily ladies out there. I still love it in the end and if you've got the doe then worth looking into.
